1,When operate new glass edge machinery, be sure to read the instructions before use. Should familiar with the transmission principle of the machine such as valve of handles, hand wheel, electric button, water cooling system, gas circuit, Keep the machine maintenance.

2,Grinding head’s location affect the glass polishing quality,the moving gap had been adjusted well for the machine working by manufacture.If need move the motor,only allow adjust the motor forward or back , the location of the motor would affect the quality of grinding. In addition, the head back location should not be moved too backward, otherwise easy to damage the waterproof, and easy to burn out the motor caused by Water Leakage.

3,The cooling system affect the grinding quality. Always check the cooling pipe whether is in blockage. Especially the water pipe is easy to be blocked by polishing powder, it will cause the insufficient cooling and affect the grinding quality.

4, When adjust the speed of the stepless reducer,the machine must be in the working condition , otherwise easy to damage the machine.

5, Cautions: straight line edge machine (straight edge, round edge and beveling machine) is through the front and the back clamping plate to straightly drive the glass to being processing. Must pay attention to two points: first, the front and back pressure plate with the guide rail must be lubricated frequently, otherwise the abrasive - wear of clamping plates ,and the surface of guide rail, would affect the normal service life of the machine.Some machinery fit out lubricating device, but also frequently need to check the lubrication pipe inside whether is blocked;  The clamping force should be appropriate, too loose affect the quality of grinding, too tight will increase the machine load, easy to bring vibration  phenomenon,also easy to break glass. Adjust clamping force can use a  larger glass for testing, method: clamp the glass in the middle of the machine, then stop the machine,shake the glass by hand,the requirement is to feel the glass can not been moved by hand.
