 机器简介Introduction

本机采用PLC界面控制，精确控制玻璃斜边的宽度，角度和玻璃厚度，自动化程度高，减轻了操作难度。同步带输送，前导轨升降式，加工大小片玻璃的调整方法简单。短节距大滚子链条传动压板，磨头采用CDQC 或ABB电机，精度高、能耗小、稳定性强，本机可磨削玻璃的斜边和斜边的多重组合，精磨和抛光以及底边磨削一次加工完成，具有加工效率高、质量好、性能稳定、操作简便及损耗低等特点。

The machine is mainly used for grinding glass bevel edge. The front rail can be moved up and down to adjust grinding small size of glass.The machine is designed for process small size glass and big size glass .It adopts short pitch roller chain and steel plate to clamp glass,the steel plate have been processed with special forging hot processment.The machine adoptsCDQC or ABB motor with high precision, few energy consumption, strong stability.Adopt timing belt transmission to input and output glass. Rough grinding, fine grinding and polishing of glass bottom and bevel edge are completed at one time. The machine has high processing precision, good quality, stable performance, easy operation and low loss characteristics.
